Steps for Jade Golden Bean

Wash the kale and cut it into sections with an oblique knife.

Put the kale into a hot water pot with oil and salt and blanch for later use.

Put ginkgo seeds and walnut kernels in hot water and blanch for later use. (It's okay if they are all cooked and not blanched)

Heat a wok, put in the cooking oil, onion and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add in blanched kale, ginkgo, peach kernels and fungus and stir fry.

Add oyster sauce, salt, and water starch to thicken and stir fry evenly.
