stir-fried tofu with bean sprouts
By FrankSchmitt
When I was a child, whenever I had winter and summer vacations, I would go to my grandma's house to stay for a period of time. The river in front of my door was our favorite place. As I grow up, I gradually have less time to go back to visit the elderly. After working outside, I only have the opportunity to visit during the Spring Festival every year. My daughter likes it very much and likes the pastoral taste there. It is a pleasure to see cows, pigs, and dig wild vegetables. Every time I go back to visit my grandma, the old man is full of joy. He is old and his back is bent. He is still busy around with his back bent to get us food. This fried tofu dish with bean sprouts is available almost every time.
