Stewed vegetables are an indispensable dish in Anyang until the New Year. Coupled with home-cooked steamed cake, it has the meaning of family harmony and advancement step by step. I combine tradition, restaurant and personal preferences. Personally, I think it is very good. Every time my family likes it very much and overtakes the meal. Hehe!

Steps for Henan Stewed Vegetable

Prepare the ingredients: moderate amount of crispy meatballs (depending on your preferences, it's enough for a meal); Cut Chinese cabbage into large pieces; wash the vermicelli (do not soak); cut the tomatoes into pieces; cut the coriander into pieces; slice the onions, ginger, and garlic.

Add oil in a frying pan, add pepper and star anise, saute until fragrant.
