Steps for Steamed pork with rice flour

Stir fry the pepper, black sesame seeds, and rice in the pan over low heat until the rice turns yellow and the pepper produces a fragrance.

After letting it dry, use a cooking machine to beat it into powder, and the rice noodles are ready.

Slice pork belly, add soy sauce, cooking wine, lemon, and marinate with salt for two hours.

Soak the marinated meat slices with rice noodles evenly on each slice.
