Preliminary processing: Wash lotus seeds, red dates, and peanuts, steam them in a pressure cooker over water, then remove the hearts of lotus seeds, remove the cores of red dates, and peel the peanuts for later use; soak the glutinous rice for 2 hours (or not soak), then place it on the pot and steam it over water; Wash raisins and longans for later use, and break walnuts for later use.2
