Steps for Stewed tofu

Cut tofu into small pieces and set aside.

Slice pork with oil, salt, and cornflour evenly and set aside. Soak seaweed raw and set aside.

Raw flour and water for later use.

Soak the dried squid and cut it into shreds, and cut the melon meatballs into pieces for later use.

Put the oil in the pan, add the dried squid, winter melon, meatballs, and pork to stir-fry until done.

After frying, add water, wait until the water boils, add tofu.

When boiling again, add cornflour water and seaweed, add salt to taste before taking out the pan...
