Sirloin and tomatoes is a very famous soup. I like to order this every time I go to a restaurant, especially in winter. It is very comfortable to drink a large bowl hot. Sometimes I also stew it at home and eat it myself. The ingredients are more abundant. I also add some potatoes and tofu, and use an electric rice cooker to stew it for an hour.
