Braised lentil gluten

Why is it braised? Because there is meat in it and soy sauce is added, it has the taste of braised pork, so it is braised and delicious! The gluten was made by myself today and it is very strong. I just don't know why there are no holes in the middle. I only steamed it for about 10 minutes and was anxious to pick it up and stir fry.

Steps for Braised lentil gluten

Wash lentils and set aside.

Cut the green onions into sections and cut the gluten into slices.
