Steps for Beef mushroom paste

1
Wash each raw material, cut beef, mushroom, green and red peppers, and dried bean curd into fine grains; beat the peanuts into pieces, slice the ginger into slices, and cut the green onions into circles.
2
Put the sweet flour paste into a container and dilute it with a little water.
3
Put the oil in the pan on fire and cook until it is 40% hot. First add the pepper and star anise and stir-fry to add the pepper fragrance; add the ginger slices and onion rings and stir fry constantly. After the ginger and onion soften and shrink to exude the fragrance, pick up the spices and leave the base oil.
4
Add the beef kernels and stir fry.
5
After the beef grains change color, add dried beans and stir fry.
6
Add green and red peppers and mushrooms for a while and stir well.
7
Pour in the sauce.
8
Turn to medium heat and stir and keep stirring to prevent the bottom of the pot from burning.
9
Pour the chopped peanuts into the pan and mix well.
10
Until the water in the pan has completely evaporated, sprinkle with sesame seeds and turn off the heat.
11
Pour the beef paste into a bowl, pour sesame oil and soak the beef paste, cover and seal.
