Peanut, mushroom and meat fried rice
By GriffinCole
Peanut and mushroom rice is our family's favorite. It can't compare with any fried rice, and it's almost never tired of it. I like the crispy feeling of peanuts and salty mushrooms. It's really great! My GG likes to eat rice bibimbap with Laoganma. It smells delicious, but I like the original flavor of fried rice...

Steps for Peanut, mushroom and meat fried rice

1
Wash the rice and place it in an electric rice cooker.
2
Measure water and plug in electricity to cook. (Rice is measured in a rice cup).
3
Wash peanuts with tap water first, pour into a pot, add appropriate amount of boiling water to soak for 1 and a half hours.
4
Clean and drain the soaked peanuts, pour them into a pressure cooker, add appropriate amount of water, cover the lid, and heat until a sizzling sound is made, then turn to medium to medium and low heat and simmer for 10 minutes before turning off the heat.
5
Soak the picked garlic sprouts and celery in water for about 30 minutes (it can remove sand and pesticides, and the vegetables will be washed more cleanly); cut the washed garlic sprouts, place the heads and leaves of the garlic sprouts separately, and cut the celery into small pieces.
6
Pour appropriate amount of warm water into the mushrooms to soak them, and shred the washed mushrooms.
7
Thaw lean meat in water, wash and shred.
8
Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the shredded pork and stir fry, stir fry the shredded pork until it changes color, and serve on a plate.
9
Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the shredded mushrooms, stir fry, stir fry slowly over medium to medium heat, and push the aroma to the side of the pan.
10
Heat the oil in the pan, add the garlic, stir fry a few times.
11
Pour in the garlic leaves and stir fry (heat the pan and add a little water to prevent the garlic from burning).
12
Pour a little oil into the pan, add celery, stir fry until cooked.
13
Remove the peanuts from the pressure cooker, drain the water and pour into a wok.
14
Pour in the other stir-fried ingredients and stir fry over low heat. Add salt, soy sauce, and a little cooking oil, stir well.
15
Take out the fresh rice that has been stewed for an hour from the electric rice cooker, push the vegetables to the side of the pan, pour in the cooked rice, let the rice and juice stir well, then mix well, and serve.
