Noodle toppings

This is the topping I remembered to make when I was eating noodles during the Chinese New Year. Today, I suddenly realized that the pictures were still there, so I sorted it out and distributed it to have a look for myself, haha.
Recipe Recommendations
- dried bean curd 4 pieces
- Zizania 2 pieces
- peanut appropriate amount
- lean meat 1 small piece
- green pepper of 3
- slightly spicy
- stewed
- an hour

Steps for Noodle toppings

Cut and wash the green peppers and cut them into sections for later use.

Soak peanuts in warm water.

Dice lean meat, marinate with shredded ginger, cooking wine, and a small amount of salt for 10 minutes.

Wash the dried beans and rice bamboo, cut into small pieces, let go of the water and boil for 2 minutes, remove, drain and set aside.

Pour the oil into the hot pan, add the diced meat and stir fry, add the pepper, and stir fry until the diced meat changes color.

Pour in rice bamboo, dried beans, and peanuts and stir fry.

Add 2 tablespoons of bean paste and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Add 1 bowl of water and simmer slowly over medium heat.

When the soup is cooked, add a small amount of MSG and serve. You can use noodles as a topping when you eat them. Bibimbap is also good.
