This was the first time I made rice dumplings. I studied it online for most of the day. I excitedly bought a bunch of materials in the supermarket and came back. I didn't say anything and started making it!

Steps for zongzi

Soak glutinous rice and mung beans in clear water overnight (soak separately, the picture is mixed together after soaking).

Cut the pork belly into diced slices, add salt and soy sauce and marinate overnight.

Wash the candied dates for later use.

I bought the rice dumplings in packages of large rice dumplings.

The bottom piece is folded partially.

Fold it to the left.

Press slightly on all sides.

Hold it in your hand and form a cone shape.

Add the glutinous rice and fold it inward on the front.

Wrap it with cotton thread.

Place in a pressure cooker and cook for about 30 minutes.
