Steps for Mixed Japanese Tofu

Heat the pan and put the diced fat meat into low heat to force out the oil.

Until it is refined into oil residue and loaded.

Wrap the Japanese tofu with starch, fry it in the pan, and pack it up.

Reserve the remaining oil and fry the garlic and shrimp skins until fragrant, add in the chopped lean meat and oil residue and stir fry until white.

Add carrot, green beans, and mushrooms, add sweet flour paste, white sugar, soy sauce, and soy sauce, stir well.

Add Japanese tofu.

Add appropriate amount of water, add vermicelli, bring to a boil, simmer over low heat until the juice is collected, add salt to taste.
