Crooked chicken is a traditional dish in Changshu, Jiangsu Province, and one of the 'Three Suzhou Chicks'. However, there is also debate that it is a famous dish in Hangzhou. The croquet chicken made this time uses dough instead of mud and can be served directly on the table with a shell.
