Steps for Tofu and seafood porridge

Wash all raw materials for later use.

Cut the oily tofu and tender tofu into diced cubes, soak the scallops, oysters, and dried clams in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Put all the ingredients into an electric rice cooker.

Add appropriate amount of water and cook.

Add chopped green onion and salt and soy sauce to taste when taking out of the pan.
