Steps for beef sauce

Chop leek moss and set aside.

Chop the dried beans and set aside.

Chop onions, ginger, garlic, onions and green peppers for later use.

Cut the beef into the minced meat, marinate with soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt for a while.

Heat the oil in the pan, add some pepper and fry it until fragrant, and remove it.

Pour the minced meat in and stir fry for a while.

Chop the potatoes and set aside.
