Steps for braised pork

Wash the pork belly.

Wash fresh winter mushrooms and cut flowers.

Rinse the bean bubbles.

Remove water from boiling water and cut into slices for later use.

Put some oil in the pan, put the meat in and stir-fry, put the star anise and ginger in, add some cooking wine and sugar.
