I have wanted to make this mixed mix for a long time, but I just haven't had time to make it. I just have some ingredients left today. I just tried it, but I didn't expect it to be really delicious. I even made my husband "Korean bibimbap", which made him very happy! If you like it, hurry up and make it, it's really delicious!

Steps for Korean rice mixed

Soak spinach, peppers, onions, carrots, mushrooms, fungus and shredded hair set aside. Shred bean sprouts set aside.
