Steps for sour soup

Soak the vermicelli in warm water in advance, shred the fungus and tofu skin, shred the ham, and cut the mushroom into small pieces.

Add water to the pan and add shredded fungus.

After the water boils, add the soaked vermicelli, shredded tofu skin, and mushroom, add a little salt, add vinegar, or more, and add chili powder. After the pan is boiled, add in the egg drops and thicken with cornflour.

Finally, add the ham, add the minced coriander and serve.
