Steps for Scallop chicken rice dumplings

Soak glutinous rice in water for 1 night in advance. Cut the chicken leg meat into fingernail sized pieces, marinate in oyster sauce and cooking wine for about 4 hours. Peel fresh peas for later use.

Soak the scallops in water and tear them up.

Before wrapping, mix the glutinous rice with oyster sauce and salt until well tasted.
