I have always liked to use various vegetables with stir-fried vegetables. Today, I want to have a pastoral stir-fry.

Steps for pastoral snack

Wash one bamboo stem, cut into diamond-shaped square slices, set aside.

Half of the carrot, peel, wash, and cut into rhomboid squares. Set aside.

Remove half of the yam, peel, wash, cut into diamond-shaped square slices, and soak in cold water with salt water. Set aside.

Soak the fungus in warm water (5 flowers), wash it, tear the small flowers, and set aside.

Wash the green peppers, cut them into small pieces, and set aside.

Shred the pork tenderloin, add chopped green onions and ginger, add 2 teaspoons of starch, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of cooking wine, grab well, then add a few drops of peanut oil, mix well, and marinate for more than ten minutes.

Heat the oil, pour in the marinated shredded pork, stir-fry quickly over high heat until the meat is discolored, and set aside.

Start another oil pan, heat it 70% and pour water bamboo.
