- dried bean curd 360g

Steps for stir-fried dried tofu with garlic sprouts and bean sprouts

Dried tofu, cut garlic sprouts and set aside.

Wash mung bean sprouts and set aside.

Heat the oil pan and stir-fry the garlic sprouts a few times first.

Then put the dried tofu in and stir fry for a while.

Add the mung bean sprouts and the green parts of the garlic sprouts together and stir fry the fragments.

Until bean sprouts are soft, add soy sauce and salt to season and stir fry.

Finally add chicken essence and serve out.
