Braised tofu with mushrooms
This dish is a very simple family dish. The so-called health preservation is everywhere. There are meat, vegetables and tofu. This product tastes salty and fresh and is easy to eat with rice. The ingredients are easily available and the craftsmanship is not too particular.

    The tofu introduced by Master Tiegang is stealthy: First, cut the tofu into long squares, make the heated surface larger and fry it in a pan, so that the surface is loose and produces air holes, which can absorb the umami flavor and aroma; second, use chicken to increase the umami flavor;(I think if there is no chicken, you can use pork.) Third, it should be stewed for a while before it becomes delicious; fourth, adding oyster sauce is also a good way to increase the umami flavor. Experience: Different brands of oyster sauce have different salinity. You should try the taste before using it. If it is too salty, you should reduce the amount of soy sauce and salt added accordingly.
