My favorite way to fry tofu before cooking it. Today, I will serve a home-cooked tofu dish made with fried tofu.

Steps for home-made tofu

A piece of tofu, cut into square slices.

Put it in a frying pan and fry until both sides are slightly yellow, and remove it.

Take three or four garlic sprouts, pick and wash them, and cut them into sections with a hob for later use.

Take half of the green pepper (two to three for those who like spicy food), wash it, and slice it obliquely for use.

Pour the fried tofu back into the pan with oil left.

Add the fungus.

Add a little soy sauce (if you prefer a lighter color, you can also add soy sauce).

Add a small bowl of hot water and simmer on high heat for five minutes.

Add green peppers.

Stir in 1 teaspoon salt and season.

Collect the soup, add the garlic sprouts, and stir fry quickly.
