stir-fried pig's head pork with garlic sprouts and mushrooms

Steps for stir-fried pig's head pork with garlic sprouts and mushrooms

Cleaning materials are available for use.

Cut the garlic sprouts into sections (separate the stems and leaves), slice the mushrooms and ginger.

Also slice the pig's head meat for later use.

Remove from the pan, add the cooking oil and heat it, add the ginger slices and stir-fry until fragrant.(If you eat spicy, add the dried peppers at the same time), add the mushroom slices and garlic stalks in turn, stir fry until soft.

Then add the garlic leaves and stir fry to prevent the pan from burning. Add a little water. Add a small teaspoon of soy sauce and appropriate amount of salt and stir fry well.

Stir fry for 1 or 2 minutes, add the pig's head meat and continue to stir for 1 minute. After taking out of the pan, pick out the ginger slices and place them on a plate. (Please ignore those who don't mind imported ginger slices)
