Steps for Minced pork and tofu

Cut tofu into small pieces and microwave for 2 to minutes.

Soak tofu evenly with dry flour and shake off excess flour

Put it into an oil pan at 180 degrees C (the induction cooker I use, it is 70% to 80% hot with gas) until golden yellow, and remove it for later use.

The fried tofu is golden yellow

Cut onions and ginger into foam, and cut garlic sprouts into small pieces for later use.

Heat the oil in the pan. When it is 30% hot, add the chopped onions and ginger, and stir-fry over medium heat until fragrant.

Add the minced meat into the pan and stir-fry.

Add garlic sprouts and stir-fry until color changes, then add cooking wine.

Add soy sauce, sugar, and salt into the pan and stir well, then add boiling water (you can add more if you like vegetable soup)

Then add the fried tofu pieces and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
