Steps for Hot and sour three-mushroom tofu soup

Mushrooms, white jade mushrooms, flower mushrooms, tofu.

The sea rice is cooked in water (do not throw away the sea rice soup).

All ingredients are diced.

Put the oil in the pan and heat it up, add the onion and ginger and stir fry until fragrant, add the sea rice and stir fry.

Pour in the sea rice soup and bone soup, bring to a boil, and beat off the foam.
