Steps for braised tofu

Soak dried fungus, mushroom and bamboo shoots in water one night in advance.

Dry clean the soaked mushrooms and fungus bamboo shoots, then cut the fungus into small pieces, and cut off the stalks of the mushrooms.

Wash the tofu.

Cut the tofu into small pieces.

Boil a pot of hot water.

Blanch the tofu in hot water, shape and remove the fishy smell.

Remove the scalded tofu.

Place the pan on the stove and heat it up.

Pour in appropriate amount of oil.

Put the tofu into the pan and fry it.

Fry the other side until golden brown.

Add dried mushrooms and fungus.

Sprinkle with salt and sugar, add appropriate amount of soy sauce and water, and simmer until the juice is over.
