    Rinse the tofu, drop it dry, and cut it into small pieces the size of a matchbox; chop fresh lean meat, mushrooms, ginger, and garlic.

    Add salt, eggs, pepper, Lee Kum Kee Super Fresh soy sauce and other seasonings and mix well into filling for later use.

    Gently make a small incision on the surface of the tofu.

    Deepen the meat filling into the tofu, but keep the shape of the tofu intact.

    Heat the oil pan, put the stuffed tofu into the pan, and fry it over low heat until golden brown. Mix a little sesame oil, cornflour, soy sauce, and water well, stir well, pour into the pan to thicken, sprinkle with chopped green onion, and wait until the aroma overflows.
