Steps for beef buns

1
Cut beef into minced meat, add spare-flavored flour, soy sauce, cooking wine, white sugar, and pepper and marinate for 30 minutes. Soak the mushrooms to soft and cut into fine dices.
2
Cut dried tofu, green vegetables, and green onions into fine dices.
3
Mix the beef, mushrooms, dried tofu, green vegetables, and chopped green onion together, add some oil, and stir in one direction.
4
Dissolve 500 grams of flour and 5 grams of baking powder in 250 ml of warm water and mix well with flour to form snowflake flakes. Then knead into dough, cover with a damp cloth and let it grow for 1 hour. Wait until the volume doubles, sprinkle with some dry flour and knead again., relax for 10 minutes.
5
Knead the dough into long strips and cut into evenly sized doses.
6
Squeeze the dough into a round piece with a thick middle and thin edges, and begin to wrap the beef filling. (If you add some diced onions and meat jelly, it tastes better and it becomes beef soup buns)
7
Grease the steaming drawer, add the wrapped beef buns, place them on the drawer, steam on high heat for 12 minutes, turn to low heat for 3 minutes, turn off the heat and serve out.
8
After being taken out of the pot, the beef buns are full of oil and fragrant in their teeth and cheeks!
