Winter melon, clam and lily soup
By SophiaSauer
It was so hot that I didn't want to eat, especially after I finished eating, I lost my appetite for anything. I was unwilling to go out to buy groceries in the morning, so I rushed straight to work. After work at night, I looked at the cut snow-white wax gourd at every stall in the vegetable market. With white frost hanging on it, I couldn't help but buy a one-yuan wax gourd and weigh five-yuan clams. I thought there were still some lilies in the refrigerator, so I would like to make soup and drink it.

Steps for Winter melon, clam and lily soup

1
The landlady selling the clam said that she had spat out the sand very cleanly, but she was still a little worried. She came back to get a small basin of water, put the clam down, added some salt and oil to continue spitting out the sand.
2
Cut the wax gourd into thin slices and cut it about the time it takes to make it. Hehe, soak the lily in water. Mine was bought at a drugstore. It tastes terrible, sour and bitter. Cut up the ginger.
3
Put appropriate amount of water in the electric pan and bring to a boil, add wax gourd slices and boil until soft, add the soaked lily, add appropriate amount of salt, and finally put the washed clams into the soup, add a little chicken essence, or leave it.

The stomach was not very good, and I didn't pay much attention to the taste of the clams, so I cooked them for two or three minutes. Unexpectedly, when I ate them, there was no taste of firewood at all. It was sweet and delicious. I fried two crucian carp and stir-fried a plate of cabbage. With some white rice, my dinner was ready.
