Steps for Mushroom tofu

Wash the main ingredients for later use.

Cut the tofu into 1 cm thick slices for later use. Soak the mushrooms in water and expand.

Slice pork belly, add 1 tsp soy sauce and marinate. Slice carrot and green pepper.

Put appropriate amount of oil in the pan and fry the tofu slices until golden yellow and remove them from the pan.
