Generally, home-made tofu is made from fried ingredients similar to oil tofu, or old tofu. Mine is tender tofu, which is relatively difficult. It tastes great. When eating, use a small spoon of soup and the whole piece of tofu. Put it in your mouth, awesome!!

Steps for home-made tofu

    Put the tofu in frozen ice for 1.5 hours--2 hours. This is to increase the hardness of the tofu. Don't overtime. In case you can't take it out while making it, you can use it in a cup #^_^#Zizania, black fungus, meat, slice, meat, cornstarch, add water to the meat, and marinate with salt for a while.

    Remove the tofu before frying, cut it into the size of mahjong, and prepare a bowl of dried cornflour (if it is not used, you can use flour and steamed buns instead). Pour more oil into the pan, heat it, and put the cornflour wrapped tofu into the pot in batches. 3 or 4 yuan each time is enough, and keep the heat adjusted.
