Cut tofu into slices and soak in salt water.

Mushrooms, carrots, garlic sprouts.

Slice mushrooms and carrot, and chop garlic sprouts.

Sit in the pan, heat the oil, add carrot and mushroom and stir-fry until fragrant.

Then add tofu and stir fry well.

Add oyster sauce, add appropriate amount of water (preferably to drown the tofu), cover and simmer for 6 minutes;
