Steamed rice noodles with shredded pork
The way to eat rice noodles can be divided into four categories: soup, stir-frying, steaming and mixing. It can be cooked according to different tastes and eating methods. I like to eat steamed rice noodles made by myself. It is simple and easy to make, delicious but not greasy.

Steps for Steamed rice noodles with shredded pork

Soak the rice noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, pick up and drain the water, add some oil, salt, and seasonings, stir well and marinate for 5 minutes. Shred mushrooms and lean meat, marinate with seasonings, and chop lettuce. Spread lean mushrooms on top of rice noodles, place in a pan and steam over medium heat for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes, add lettuce, chives, and sesame oil and spread it on top, steam for another 2 minutes. Do not steam for too long after adding lettuce. Steaming for too long will turn the lettuce yellow, the lean meat will become tough, and the sesame oil will lose its aroma.
