Raw fried glutinous rice
In winter, my mother likes to make delicious food for us on weekends. Raw fried glutinous rice is my favorite. I was free today, so I came to do it myself.

Steps for Raw fried glutinous rice

First, chop the bacon, mushrooms, and chives and place them well.

Put the peas in the pan and cook them, pick up and set aside.

While cooking the peas, you also start cooking the glutinous rice, which should be cooked separately.

After the glutinous rice is cooked, you can stir-fry the rice. First put the onions in the pan and saute them until fragrant.

Then add the mushrooms and bacon and fry them until they are cooked. Finally, add the pre-cooked snow beans and glutinous rice and mix well. A simple raw stir-fried glutinous rice can be served. (If you want the color to look better, you can add some light soy sauce; if you like the taste of pepper, you can add some pepper powder at the end, which may make the taste more special)
