I bought a big pumpkin at home, so I steamed a small part of it yesterday to make pumpkin pie. <br />Why is it called vegetarian? Because there was no stuffing (I didn't buy it). <br />Old pumpkins will dry and sweeter. The one I bought is not an old pumpkin, so a lot of water comes out during the steaming process, but fortunately it is still very sweet. <br />But because there was a lot of moisture, I added a lot of glutinous rice flour when kneading the dough. It was so sticky ~~ I said it very hard when making the cake. <br />It is recommended that you add some flour when cooking, and use filter cloth to squeeze the water out of the steamed pumpkin so that it will not be so sticky.
