Ingredients: 500g fresh blood tofu (cut into 2cm cubes), 100g pork mince, 2 tbsp doubanjiang (broad bean paste), 1 tbsp dried chili flakes, 1 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder, 2 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tbsp ginger (minced), 2 green onions (chopped), cooking oil, salt, soy sauce, and chicken broth.

Steps:

1. Prep: Blanch blood tofu in boiling water for 1 minute to remove impurities; drain.

2. Sauté Aromatics: Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Stir-fry ginger, garlic, and dried chili flakes until fragrant. Add doubanjiang and cook until oil turns red.

3. Cook Meat: Add pork mince; break it apart and cook until browned.

4. Simmer: Pour in 200ml chicken broth, bring to a boil. Gently add blood tofu cubes. Season with salt, soy sauce, and Sichuan peppercorn powder.

5. Finish: Simmer for 5 minutes until tofu absorbs flavors. Garnish with green onions.
