Ingredients:

- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)

- 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast

- ¼ cup granulated sugar

- ½ tsp salt

- 2 large eggs

- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Activate Yeast: Mix warm milk, yeast, and 1 tsp sugar in a bowl. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until frothy.

2. Prepare Dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, remaining sugar, and salt. Add eggs and melted butter, then pour in the yeast mixture. Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

3. First Rise: Place dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1-2 hours until doubled.

4. Shape & Add Chips: Punch down dough, fold in chocolate chips, and shape into a loaf. Place in a greased loaf pan.

5. Second Rise: Cover and let rise for 45 minutes.

6. Bake: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Cool before slicing.
