    Prepare all the ingredients, day lily and dried bamboo shoots after soaking in water. Wash black fungus and tremella after soaking in hair and dry and set aside. Cut other materials in the pan and prepare them.

    Cut the green onions and garlic into small cubes and set aside.

    Put oil in the pan, saute the garlic until fragrant, add rice cake, carrot and celery to the pan, stir fry until soft.
