Steps for Spicy Yiguoxian

Rinse the beef louver and cut into slices; cut into tofu.

Chop the garlic sprouts, soak the vermicelli and fungus in warm water.

Put oil in a frying pan and heat it up. Put the hot pot base into the pan and stir-fry it until fragrant.

Pour into 3 large bowls of beef bone soup and bring to a boil.

Add the vermicelli.

Add the fungus.

Add tofu.

Put in the cow's leaves and cook.

Sprinkle with minced garlic and add salt to taste.
