Braised roasted bran

Steps for Braised roasted bran

Wash the roasted bran and the blanched pork belly.

Slice the pork belly and dice the grilled bran.

Cut the day lily in half and slice the ginger.

Put the pork belly in the pan and stir-fry until oil.

When the pork belly turns yellow, add the grilled bran and fry for a while.

Add half a teaspoon of sugar and stir fry for a while.
