Steps for Black rice eight-treasure rice dumplings

Ingredients: black rice, glutinous rice (2:1) and other bean ingredients, appropriate amount.

Soak all the rice dumplings in warm water for one hour, wash and drain.

Put the soaked ones together, add appropriate amount of sugar, and stir well.

Take two zongzi leaves and fold them into inverted triangles.

Add the glutinous rice, not too full.

Press the bottom sides inward.

The grown rice dumplings are folded back, wrapped around the corners pressing below, and tied with thin rice dumplings ropes.
