I gave it a name. I think it sounds pretty good. Hehe, steamed minced meat and tofu. I've seen it in Food World, but I don't think it's my dish. I improved it a little bit. It's great. Recommend it to everyone.

Steps for Steamed minced meat and tofu

Prepare ingredients Dice pork belly and mushrooms respectively, minced garlic, shredded green onions, sliced ginger, and cut dry red peppers into strips and serve on separate plates for later use.

Cut tofu into 4 small pieces, blanch with boiling water to control excess moisture, place on a plate, place ginger slices and shredded green onions on the tofu.

Heat the pan, pour in a layer of base oil, stir-fry the meat eight layers over high heat, add mushrooms and dry red peppers. Stir fry quickly a few times and add in the prepared soy sauce and sugar. Add a little more soy sauce if the mouth is heavy, and add a little water if the mouth is light. It is advisable to see a little soup. After taking out the soup, add a little MSG and turn off the heat.

Pour the stir-fried meat on the tofu, steam for 15 minutes and it will be 0K
