Simple version of Mao Xuewang
My son and I both like to eat spicy food. We used to go to restaurants to eat maoxuewang and other foods. Later, because we had some gutter oil and some re-pot spicy food, we didn't dare to go to the restaurant to eat it, so we learned to cook it ourselves and buy some ready-made beef offal. It's quite delicious and enjoyable to make.
