Steps for Grilled tofu

1
Cut tofu in half twice into four small pieces, drain and set aside.
2
Cut mushrooms, mushrooms and fungus into small pieces.
3
Chop the millet peppers, and cut the garlic sprouts obliquely into sections. (You can also add other ingredients according to your preferences, such as garlic and ginger. Because I added mushrooms, I didn't put so many ingredients in it, for fear that it would be too delicious.)
4
Put appropriate amount of oil in a wok and heat it up, add tofu and fry. Originally, I wanted to fry it in starch, but I thought it was too oil consuming, so I decided to fry it instead.
5
Fry until both sides are golden and slightly charred, remove from the pan and set aside.
6
Leave some oil in the wok, add millet peppers and garlic sprouts and stir fry until fragrant.
7
Add cooking wine, bean paste and white sugar and stir well.
8
Add the ingredients in Figure 2 and stir well.
9
Add tofu, then add soy sauce, add stock, stir-fry well, bring to a boil, add salt and chicken essence.
10
Until the soup is thick, sprinkle with spicy fresh food, put it in a small pot, heat on low heat, and eat while cooking. It is very delicious!
