Steps for Taro Eight Treasure Congee

Wash peanuts, red beans, coix seeds, and black rice clean.

Soak red dates 10 minutes in advance, and wash green beans, glutinous rice and millet for later use.

Wash and peel the taro, cut into small pieces for later use.

Put 1000 ml of cold water into the pan, first put the peanuts, red beans, coix seeds and black rice into the pan, and cook for 30 minutes.
