Steps: 1. Add salt, sugar, soy sauce, red rice wine, ginger slices, and marinate for half an hour. Stir fry in peanut oil until done, set aside! <br /><br />2. The rice cooker washes the rice and soak it for a while after it is washed (personally, I think the soaked rice is more delicious). <br /><br />3. Cut the potatoes into small potato pieces, then put them in an electric rice cooker and mix them with the rice. Pour in boiling water and connect it to the power supply. (Boiling water is just a little more than the usual water for cooking, depending on your taste)<br /><br /> 4. When the rice is almost cooked, add the chicken in.
