Winter cuisine soup, also known as Tone soup, in English as Tomyum or Tomyam, is a uniquely sour and spicy soup in Thailand and Laos. The main food items are lemon leaves, sauerkraut and shrimp. Winter crumbs are common in Thailand. Small and large restaurants and ordinary people often drink this soup, thus becoming the representative of Thai food. In the soup's name, "winter pussy" means sour, and "wow" means shrimp, which is translated as sour shrimp soup. In the 18th century, when the Chinese Zheng Xinxin was in power, and the Princess was sick and didn't want anything to eat, Zheng Zheng Qin asked the chef to make some appetizer soup for the princess. I can't believe the princess drank this soup, so she was well and less ill. King Zheng Xin called him the winter cuisine soup and called it the "national soup"
