I went to the supermarket yesterday to buy some ribs, to cook some old duck chop soup with my sister, and to burn a steak. In recent practice, work has become increasingly busy. But no matter how busy work is, the process of living should be slower, with family, enjoy the pleasure of first-hand experience of good food and build healthy foundations. When the finished product forgot to take the picture in the pot, it tasted so soft, the ribs were so soft, the bottom of the bowl was so delicious
